Job Title: Tech Lead

Location: Helsinki

Salary: Up to 6200 EUR/month

Key Responsibilities:

* Make strategic technical decisions.
* Maintain and enhance legacy code.
* Conduct code reviews.
* Architect and build new systems.
* Lead and mentor a talented team of developers.

* React 18 (primary front-end UI composition library)
* Styled Components (CSS)
* Redux / Redux-thunk / RTK API (global state management)
* SWR (async data fetching)
* Webpack / Rollup (code bundling)
* Storybook (code documentation)
* React Testing Library / Cypress / TestCafe (unit and integration testing)
* GitHub Actions / AWS CodePipeline (CI/CD pipelines)

Required Skills:

Technical:

1 Strong understanding of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and React.
2 Experience with component lifecycle, state management, and accessibility.
3 Proficient in Git and CI/CD pipelines.

Non-Technical:

1 Excellent collaboration skills.
2 Understanding of UI/UX principles.
3 Strong mentoring and coaching abilities.
4 Proficiency in Finnish.
