Masterabsolvent*in _AI Software Development (w/m/d)

Anforderung:

- Erfahrung in der Programmierung, im Idealfall mit Python oder Java
- Abgeschlossenes Mastertudium in Informatik, Data Science oder vergleichbaren Fächern
- Von Vorteil: Erfahrung mit LLM und/oder Machine Learning Engineering durch private oder Uni-Projekte
- Interesse und Motivation, sich in der Softwareentwicklung zu entwickeln und hands-on zu arbeiten

Zum Unternehmen:

Das Unternehmen ist ein AI-Startup mit Sitz im Raum Essen und hat einen KI-gestützten Produkt, der die automatisierte Dokumentenauswertung ermöglicht und Unternehmen hilft, Daten effizient und fehlerfrei zu extrahieren.

Das Team besteht aktuell aus 6 Personen, die aus technischem Hintergrund kommen und im universitären Umfeld noch unterwegs sind. Daher sollte der Idealkandidat*in gerne frisch aus dem Master kommen und Lust auf ein dynamisches Umfeld haben.

Deine Aufgaben:

Du wirst als Software Developer eng mit Machine Learning Engineers und Data Scientists im Team. In den ersten drei Monaten wirst du dich eingearbeitet und mit dem Produkt vertraut machen, langfristig kannst du dich in der Softwarenentwicklung und im Data Science und/oder Machine Learning weiterentwickeln, je nach Interesse und Fachlichkeiten.

Rahmenbedingung:

Gehalt bis 60K je nach Fachlichkeiten und Skillset
Location in Essen + 50% Hyrid (In der Einarbeitungsphase gerne mehr Präsenzfreudigkeit)

Data Practice Lead - Flexible Salary - Remote



Overview:

My client is an industry leading Microsoft partner looking for an experienced Data Practice Lead to build out an entirely new arm of their consulting operations. They require someone who has experience leading a consultancy Data practice, ideally with SMEs and has experience pricing and selling services in such environments. In addition to this, technical expertise is required.

This Data arm will aim to supply cloud agnostic services, aiming to provide the most optimal solutions to any situation. Their clients will primarily be in retail and manufacturing sectors, and due to the existence of a very successful sister arm very warm client introductions will be made.

My client is looking for either a permanent employee, or a contractor with prospective for a perm switch, they are very flexible on salary - finding the right person for this job is what matters.



Requirements:

* Strong Data Practice Lead, or similar experience
* Consultancy experience, ideally with SMEs
* Ability to price and sell data services
* 50-250K project experience
