Prize draw: Terms and Conditions
The 2025 edition of our Jefferson Frank Careers and Hiring Guide will be published on our insights hub in February next year. If you have any questions about the guide, please contact survey@jeffersonfrank.com
- Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is a condition of entry, and by entering into the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. At its sole discretion, Jefferson Frank reserves the right to exclude you from the competition if you do not comply with these terms and conditions.
- Entrants must complete the Careers and Hiring Guide survey to enter the prize draw. No purchase is necessary.
- Jefferson Frank will select winners at random from all completed surveys.
- For respondents outside the US, an equivalent prize amount will be offered (amount to be determined on the exchange rate at the time of the prize draw).
- Only one entry will be made for each respondent. Completing the survey more than once does not give you more chances to win.
- To enter, entrants must be aged 18 years and over.
- Jefferson Frank reserves the right to disqualify any prize draw entrant. Fraudulent, spam or duplicate responses will be monitored and removed.
- Winners will be notified via email – your email will not be shared with third parties.
- Jefferson Frank and Frank Recruitment Group employees are NOT eligible to enter the prize draw.
- Jefferson Frank will use the information you provide or that we obtain from our dealings with you in accordance with its Privacy Policy and to administer the competition.
- In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms and Conditions, the conduct, results, or any other matters relating to this prize draw, the decision of Jefferson Frank shall be final, and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
