Description:

I'm looking 1-2 Delivery Lead/Project Managers with a consultancy background is a must, as well as having worked within regulatory environments. You will be leading small teams on 4-5 people, on a long term Digital Banking project.

The roles are outside IR35 and Fully remote.

● You know how to work transparently and collaboratively within a fully distributed & remote
organisation.
● You are able to present and communicate ideas with both technical and non-technical
audiences.
● You're a self-starter, capable of working without direction to deliver projects from scratch.
● Proficiency with Agile software development management methodologies (Scrum, SaFe,
LeSS, Kanban).
● You have a strong understanding of project management principles.
● Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes and effectively prioritise
