As a leading Managed Services Provider (MSP), we specialise in Microsoft Azure and critical business applications. Our global team of over 350 tech enthusiasts is growing fast, and we're looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer with platform expertise to join us.



Your Role

As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you'll play a key role in maintaining and advancing our cloud platform services. Here's what you'll be doing:

* 3rd Line Support: Handle and resolve advanced customer support requests.
* Automation: Automate implementations and operational tasks using scripting and Azure DevOps.
* Platform Management: Provide ongoing support and solutions for a growing cloud platform.
* Collaboration: Work closely with design, migration, and implementation teams on complex projects.



Your Skillset

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

* Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure - especially in infrastructure and network resources.
* Scripting skills in languages like PowerShell and ARM/Bicep.
* Experience with Windows and Linux server environments (primarily Windows).
* Familiarity with virtualisation technologies, SQL, AVD, and management platforms like System Centre.
