AI Software Engineer

Role: AI Software Engineer
Role Type: Full-time, Permanent

Location: 100% Remote

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

* Develop AI agents to assist both online and offline customers over the phone for sales and customer service.
* Build dashboards and analytical tools for internal and partner use.

Role Requirements:

* Advanced data modeling and analytical skillset.
* Experience as a Software Developer working on AI products or platforms.
* Proven experience in developing chatbots.
* Proficiency in technologies such as Conversational AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LangChain, ChatGPT, Chatbots, and AI Agents.
* AWS experience is preferred.
* Proficiency in Python programming (any programming language background is acceptable).
