We're seeking an experienced Tech Lead to drive the development of cutting-edge offshore simulation software in Ålesund. If you have deep expertise in C# development, a passion for maritime technology, and strong leadership skills, this is your opportunity to shape the future of offshore simulations.

What You'll Do:

* Lead a development team building high-performance simulation software.
* Architect and develop robust C# applications for offshore simulations.
* Collaborate with industry experts to create realistic and reliable digital models.
* Ensure software quality through best coding practices, testing, and performance optimisation.

What You Bring:

* Fluent in Norwegian & English
* 5+ years of C# development experience (WPF, .NET Core, or similar)
* Leadership experience in software projects
* Familiarity with offshore/maritime technology (preferred)
* Strong problem-solving & Agile development mindset
