We are working with a key client to provide a Solution Architect to their existing team in Helsinki. You will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of their SaaS solutions to their customers. This multifaceted position includes project management, solution design, industry domain expertise, implementation and configuration, and active involvement in pre-sales activities to support growth and customer engagement efforts. You will be instrumental in connecting cutting-edge SaaS technology with customers' unique business needs, always striving to deliver excellence and value.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Architecture: Partner with customers to grasp their business requirements and develop comprehensive solution designs that are compatible with our platform while meeting the unique needs of each customer.

Implementation and Configuration: Oversee the implementation process, working closely with Solution Experts who execute the configuration of integrations in based on your design.

Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including defining project scope, creating detailed project plans, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.

Domain Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to offer knowledgeable recommendations and solutions to customers.

Pre-Sales Support: Work alongside the sales team during the pre-sales phase to engage potential customers and showcase the value and capabilities of the company.

Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their evolving needs. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.

Skills necessary to succeed in this role:

- Fluency in German and English (native or full professional proficiency)
- Experience with ITIL or similar frameworks, such as SIAM
- Strong ability to identify and define customer-specific business needs
- Experience with B2B and SaaS products
- Experience in technical consulting or similar roles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Exceptional project management skills
- Knowledge of integration concepts, both technical (e.g., HTTP, REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, various authentication methods) and general (e.g., bi-directionality, MDM, ETL, async vs. sync, batch vs. transactional)
