Your Role

As a Lead Front-End Developer, you will be at the forefront of our development efforts, driving projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.

Required Skills

Technical Expertise:

Strong understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS

* Proficient in the React library
* Knowledgeable about component lifecycle concepts and best practices
* Skilled in state management and front-end product lifecycle concepts
* Understanding of accessibility standards
* Proficient with Git

CI/CD and Testing:

* Familiar with CI/CD pipelines
* Experienced in unit and integration testing

Non-Technical Skills:

* Excellent collaboration skills across different teams
* Good understanding of UI and UX principles
* Strong mentoring and coaching abilities
* Fluency in Finnish and English
