Tech Lead - Vue JS

Role: Frontend Tech Lead (Vue.js)
Location: Oslo

We build products that enhance journalism, offering readers valuable insights to make informed decisions. With key hubs in Oslo, London, Stamford/New York, and Singapore, we serve over 3.5 million monthly readers globally.

As the Tech Lead for digital media platforms, you'll work with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

Responsibilities:

* Lead a front-end team, collaborating with digital marketing and subscription experts.
* Bridge communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
* Report to the Head of Engineering, contributing to technical strategy.

Day-to-Day:

* Provide hands-on technical leadership, improving functionality and operations.
* Maintain coding standards, conduct reviews, and ensure quality assurance.
* Embrace agile practices for smooth collaboration between teams.
* Optimize front-end performance and design scalable, maintainable applications.

Requirements:

* Expertise in Vue.js, JavaScript, CSS, and front-end microservices architecture.
* Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
* Excellent communication and fluency in English.
