Role Overview:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead the development and enhancement of our cutting-edge web applications and LLM-driven solutions. Your expertise will shape our technology stack, and you will play a pivotal role in mentoring junior engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable software.

Key Responsibilities:

* Architect and Develop: Design and implement complex web applications utilizing LLMs (JavaScript, Node.js) and functional programming languages (Python, Clojure, Erlang).
* Leadership and Mentorship: Lead a team of junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
* Code Quality: Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Required Qualifications:

* LLM Expertise: Extensive experience with LLMs and their practical applications (details below).
* Functional Programming: Proficiency in functional programming languages such as Elixir, Erlang, and Clojure.
* Web Development: Strong background in modern web development frameworks and libraries (JavaScript, Node.js, React, TypeScript, GraphQL).
* Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading and mentoring engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Microservices and Cloud: Experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
* AI Experience: Hands-on experience with AI across multiple platforms.
* Community Contributions: Contributions to the tech community through open-source projects, blogs, or speaking engagements.
* DevOps Practices: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
