Role Overview:

We're looking for an exceptional IT Process Engineer with extensive experience designing, monitoring, and improving processes. If you're skilled in Agile methodology, and continuous improvement, and can validate and optimize business processes, we want to hear from you!

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

* Design, monitor, and enhance various processes
* Validate existing processes and explain their implementation
* Identify pros and cons of current business processes
* Drive continuous improvement across teams and products
* Think beyond people and focus on process efficiency
* Measure and improve the productivity of developers and engineers

🎯 What We're Looking For:

* Extensive process engineering experience
* Strong storytelling and communication skills
* Background in continuous improvement and process validation
* Ability to design processes from scratch
* Experience in a technology-based business
* Capability to challenge and refine existing processes
