System Support Specialist/Project Manager

System Support Specialist/Project Manager - Copenhagen - Hybrid

I am currently working with a charitable organisation in Søborg dedicated to supporting research, environmental conservation, social and cultural initiatives both locally and globally. This is a company that is doing good and the foundation has collectively distributed around 1.4 billion DKK in 2023. You could be making an impact on this company and help bring an even more positive change to the world this year.

The candidate this organisation is looking for will serve as the primary liaison between the organisation and its critical systems, including CRM and CMS (with a focus on Salesforce and Drupal). This person will become a superuser, providing support and guidance of their systems, as well as taking on responsibilities on project manager, evolving their systems to mee the future needs of their grant processes.

Responsibilities:

* Provide daily support and administration for CRM and CMS systems, with a focus on Salesforce and Drupal.
* Optimize colleagues' workflows within the systems to facilitate efficient operations.
* Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with vendors to implement effective solutions.
* Coordinate the distribution of meeting materials for board and working group meetings.
* Lead IT projects aimed at further developing existing systems and integrating new technologies to support the long-term objectives of the foundations.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in CRM and CMS administration, particularly with Salesforce and Drupal.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to system maintenance.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
* A passion for driving technological innovation and digitalization within a nonprofit environment.
