Senior Java Developer/Architect - Oslo

About the Role

As a Senior Java Developer/Architect, you'll play a key role in designing and developing core systems for invoicing and document distribution. What You'll Do:

* Lead development on core systems with an emphasis on reliability, accuracy, and extensive testing.

Experience

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and optimise data pipelines for efficient ETL processes in Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Azure Synapse Analytics.
* Implement and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates.
* Ensure scalability of data solutions by leveraging Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, and other cloud-native technologies.
* Collaborate with platform engineering teams to build and maintain the underlying infrastructure, including compute, storage, and networking resources in Azure.
* Integrate various data sources and systems using Azure Logic Apps, Event Hubs, and API Management.
* Monitor, maintain, and optimise performance of data workflows, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.
* Implement data security practices, including encryption, access control, and compliance with standards like GDPR or HIPAA.
* Provide expertise in managing data services such as Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake, and Cosmos DB.
* Automate data pipeline deployment using CI/CD processes with tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
